Licensee Benefits
- The
intellectual property risk management agreement protects the licensees' investment in their mission-critical
technology. If a release condition should occur InnovaSafe, per the
terms of the agreement, will release the source code or other technology
to the licensee. This allows the licensee to "step in the shoes" of
the developer and continue operating and developing the application.
- Using
our exclusive SafeAccess service InnovaSafe clients have unlimited
access to view the contents of their deposit account. After entering
a unique user name and password, clients can access their account
information.
- Our Limited
Deposit Verification ("LDV") testing service assures you and your
clients that all source code deposits meet a superior technical standard.

- InnovaSafe provides, at the client's request,
a service that will test the media on deposit above and beyond the
media checks done as part of the Limited Deposit Verification procedure.
Compilation is included in the testing which verifies that the code
is readable, correct, and complete. This testing provides peace of
mind to all parties that the intellectual property risk management deposit will be useable, if released.
